Spring of 2023 I had issues with ice damns on my roof. I had two areas in my house that were leaking. It was afternoon on a Friday and my husband was out of town. I needed to find someone fast. Everyone I called either had a voicemail or were not able to get to me for several days. Ice Dams Removed returned my call immediately and also sent a team out within a couple of hours.
