• Ice Dams Removed does not guarantee to stop ice dam leaking on areas of the home that we are not instructed to perform full ice dam removal.
• The properties roofing/siding material shall be installed in accordance with all city codes and national standards prior to starting any ice or snow removal.
• The properties roofing/siding material shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
• The properties roofing/siding material shall not be aged beyond warranty date.
• The properties roof/wall construction on the structure shall be assembled in a way to promote water run off and up to all city codes and national standards.
• There shall be no visible damage to the roofing or siding materials.
• There shall be no missing roofing or siding pieces of any size.
• Residual water trapped in attic spaces/ceilings or any other cavity that continues to leak is beyond our control. Property owners are advised to address these areas themselves or hire a licensed and insured restoration and repair contractor like Ice Dams Removed to perform ice dam damage repairs and or ice dam prevention on their property.
  
• Ice dam damage repair and ice dam prevention are separate services from ice dam removal.
  
• Leak stop guarantee is void if our technicians are stopped during the ice dam removal process at anytime do to weather, property owner’s request, or any other reason beyond our control.
  
• It is the property owners responsibility to check for leaks and report the leaking to our technicians before our technicians leave the ice dam removal property.
• If all areas of the roof are not to be steamed the property owner must present brief instructions in writing to our ice dam removal technicians at the time of service.
