They were very straightforward and honest when acknowledging how much work was required with over a ft of ice build up on our gutters.  Worked diligently in negative freezing weather. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Our extreme frigid single-digit, weather caused ice dams on my roof and a leak in my ceiling.  I called and spoke to Bill, wonderful man, who got someone to come out right away.  
The team provided excellent service and quickly cleared the ice dams, the snow on my roof and stopped the leak.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  We are able to exit Minnesota for 3 months at the beginning of the year.  Unfortunately, we incurred a large Ice dam.  We called Ice Dam Removers on a Sunday morning and they were taking the ice of Monday at 1 pm.  The response was quick and efficient.  I would recommend them if ice becomes your nemesis.

The team at Ice Dams Removed was able to provide me with same day service and once on site, kept me totally informed of their progress and the condition of the roof once they finished their work.

I would highly recommend Ice Dams Removed to anyone who has ice damming issues that have the potential to cause leaking.  Money well spent!

In late spring, 2023, our ice dam caused a leak in our home. We called Ice Dams Removed and another company, and left messages, hoping to get help quickly. Chris called back and he and his team responded within the day. They removed the ice dam and the thick, built-up ice (from a dripping roof) on our front walkway and stairs within a few hours. The only issue we had was that when the ice chunks were thrown off the roof some of them damaged an outdoor kitty house and some barely missed a glass top outdoor table on the deck. The owner and his team were up on the roof and solved the problem right away, along with taking time to answer all of our questions and offered great solutions for the future. Worth every penny... Spring of 2023 I had issues with ice damns on my roof. I had two areas in my house that were leaking. It was afternoon on a Friday and my husband was out of town. I needed to find someone fast. Everyone I called either had a voicemail or were not able to get to me for several days. Ice Dams Removed returned my call immediately and also sent a team out within a couple of hours. They were finishing a job a couple days of hours north of here. They stopped at my house on their way back through. It was almost dark when they got here and they worked until they solved the problem. The were kind, professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely call them again if I needed to.
