If I could give them 10 stars I would. Our extreme frigid single-digit, weather caused ice dams on my roof and a leak in my ceiling. I called and spoke to Bill, wonderful man, who got someone to come out right away.
The team provided excellent service and quickly cleared the ice dams, the snow on my roof and stopped the leak. They were extremely professional, efficient, polite and courteous and left no mess behind. If you are looking for someone you can trust, give them a call. I highly recommend their services!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an extremely wet and heavy snow in December of 2022 which led to severe ice damming on the north side of our home.

The team at Ice Dams Removed was able to provide me with same day service and once on site, kept me totally informed of their progress and the condition of the roof once they finished their work.

I would highly recommend Ice Dams Removed to anyone who has ice damming issues that have the potential to cause leaking. Money well spent!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Trustindex. No more leaking roof
In late spring, 2023, our ice dam caused a leak in our home. We called Ice Dams Removed and another company, and left messages, hoping to get help quickly. Chris called back and he and his team responded within the day. They removed the ice dam and the thick, built-up ice (from a dripping roof) on our front walkway and stairs within a few hours. We were thrilled with the results, and the price was very reasonable. Thanks, Chris and team!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were very satisfied with the work, and they were able to do it within 24 hours of calling them. The only issue we had was that when the ice chunks were thrown off the roof some of them damaged an outdoor kitty house and some barely missed a glass top outdoor table on the deck. I would definitely call them again, but make them more aware of the outdoor furniture and move it before they began.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had issues with an ice dam in early 2023 and needed a fairly big buildup of ice removed from our roof. Ice Dams Removed returned my calls quickly and I had them out working on my roof within a few days.

The team was courteous, friendly, and kept me up to speed on what was going on. The weather was very cold but the team was cheery and warm regardless while working.

Once the ice was gone, I was able to take a look at what other issues were going on with my roof due to water leaking inside our home. Without Ice Dams Removed, the process would have been much slower and stressful. Thanks to the team for working hard in tough conditions, you are appreciated!

We needed swift action, I called two other Twin Cities based Ice Dam removal companies, no answer and not even a call back from my voicemail! Ice Dams removed answered on the second ring, and was able to fit us in the next day. These companies are in high demand and these guys came through. Dam removal was swift and and efficient, and he went the extra mile to check the opposite side of the house and saw it was going to be a problem soon enough. He offered to do that as well and completed it within the original quoted time frame. I was glad to find a local company that could come through for me in the clutch. The emergency service was worth the cost.

Chris and his team were great to work with! We had a bad leak inside our store due to ice dams on our roof. They made us a priority and got here on a cold & windy Saturday to clear the ice dams and gutters. Thank you to you and your team!

Had 6-8 inch wide, 10 foot long ice dams along our house and Ice Dams Removed was quick to respond and did a great job removing them. Very pleased with their work!

I watched the process unfolded. The amount of effort required to remove the ice dam is enormous and continuous. There is no way a home owner could do it. Chris was very personable, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend him and his services, I would not hesitate to call him again.

Jerry and Klee did an awesome job. They fit me in at the end of a long day for them. They got the whole roof and the vents done. I would highly recommend them.

We were very pleasantly surprised to have next day service for our serious ice dam problem. Jason and his son worked until well after dark steaming away as much of the thick ice until their kerosene ran out! Chris, the owner, is very professional and responds in a timely manner. In the future we would definitely use their services again.

We had some major ice dams this winter that resulted in leaking in our guest bedroom. Chris and Nate responded within 24 hours and promptly (and safely) removed the dams from our roof. They provided us with peace of mind--and a dry house!

Woke up at 3am with a drip in the walls. Called Ice Dams removed when they opened at 6am and had them out to the house by noon. Great customer service and a great crew that removed the ice dams. They were up front with the cost and worked with me on scope of work to fit my needs. Definitely recommend Ice Dams Removed!

Chris was great at coordinating everything quickly(same day as the discovery of the issue). Jerry and Tyler did a great removing all of the ice. Hopefully we never have ice issues again, however if we have problems in the future we will be using Ice Dams Removed. I would very much recommend them!

I couldn't be happier with the team at Ice Dams Removed. They are thorough, professional and beyond hard working. My ice dams were removed in 4 degree weather with no damage to my house. The owner Chris even stopped by personally to ensure the safety of his team and my satisfaction with the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Good service. Same day appointment. Only did what needed to be done. No surprises.

Very satisfied with the removal service. Was able to get same day service for my problem. The person who did the removal was efficient and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and kept me apprised of the progress he was making. I felt that both people I talked to were very easy to work with very competent.

Fast and friendly. Got the dams removed in just over 2 hours.

Water threatened our home.

We had a huge ice dam that was starting to cause leaking through our windows. Chris was quick to respond to my online inquiry, and very helpful. He and his team member were friendly and professional, cleared the whole ice dam from our roof, and stopped the leaking right away. Thanks for the great service!
