We had some major ice dams this winter that resulted in leaking in our guest bedroom. Chris and Nate responded within 24 hours and promptly (and safely) removed the dams from our roof. They provided us with peace of mind–and a dry house!

We were very pleasantly surprised to have next day service for our serious ice dam problem. Jason and his son worked until well after dark steaming away as much of the thick ice until their kerosene ran out! Chris, the owner, is very professional and responds in a timely manner. In the future, we would definitely use their services again.
